Terms of Service

Ilax Scan is for security assessment and monitoring of systems you own or are expressly authorized to assess. You must not submit third-party domains, hosts, IP ranges, or networks without clear authorization. Active external scanning requires domain verification, but that control does not replace your responsibility to obtain proper authorization.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access credentials secure. Plans, quotas, and enabled features are applied to the account associated with a scan. We may suspend access where use creates a security, legal, or operational risk.

Do not use the service to disrupt systems, evade access controls, collect data unlawfully, transmit malware, overload targets, or facilitate unauthorized access. Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, verification controls, or account boundaries.

Results are point-in-time observations. They may include incomplete, inaccurate, or stale data and do not guarantee that a system is secure or free of vulnerabilities. You are responsible for validating findings and deciding how to remediate them.

Where paid plans and payment providers are configured, recurring charges, renewal timing, and cancellation controls are presented at checkout or in the billing area. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Unused quota does not roll over unless a written agreement states otherwise.

You retain responsibility for the targets and scan data you submit. The application scopes scan results to the associated account by default. See the Privacy Policy and Security page for how the product handles data and authorization boundaries.

The service may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable. Features can be modified to protect users, targets, and the deployment. We may update these terms when the product or applicable requirements change.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the service or reliance on scan results.
